Independent Expertise in Global Electronic Manufacturing Services
We help electronic products companies create successful outsourcing strategies and programs for printed circuit board assembly, mechanical sub-assembly and complete end-products. Other service areas are outsourcing feasibility analysis, vendor risk assessment, price and contract negotiation, transition planning, litigation consulting and other special projects. Since our founding in 1999, we have served well-known corporations and fast growing start-ups with procurement spend of $10 million to over $5 billion. We combine broad expertise in supplier evaluation, quantitative analysis, RFQ process, contract negotiation and in other areas to achieve important, often breakthrough results. As fully independent consultants, we do not maintain alliances with or receive income from vendors. While most assignments involve electronics we occasionally work in other industries. We serve our clients worldwide from our office in Redmond, Washington.
