A Fortune 500 company wanted to understand the financial impact of outsourcing their complex
electro-mechanical equipment to a tier-1 EMS supplier. CMC’s work included in-depth survey of the
client’s production sites in the US, Asia and Europe; then, multi-year cost modeling of
best / worst case differences in product costs and cash flows. Final report (~160 pages)
included sensitivity analysis and likely transition risks.
