Before founding Contract Manufacturing Consultants, Inc. in early 1999, Robert worked for Solectron Corporation, one of the world's largest contract manufacturers. As a new business development manager he set  regional sales strategies and negotiated contracts with key accounts. Robert also managed program managers who were responsible for ramp-up and maintenance of assigned customer programs, and he coordinated multi-regional service needs with sites internationally.

Robert's earlier experience includes work as director of marketing and OEM relations for Asyst Technologies, a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer, and as a general management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Denis periodically assists on engagements involving vendor management and dispute resolution. Denis has more than 30 years engineering, sales and marketing management experience with Motorola Corporation and ON Semiconductor. As a V.P. and Area Sales Manager, he was responsible for all sales activities and distributor relations for the Northwest Region. His first-hand understanding of vendor management practices provide uncommon expertise in this area. Denis has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
