Escrow Plan for At-Risk Suppliers
Escrow account plan includes all the necessary documents and software code to allow for self-sustaining support of product design and production. Well organized, easy to navigate and with favorable release conditions. High risk proactive financial ratios (predictors of insolvency) are used to allow the release of account contents in advance of bankruptcy.

Bill of Material (BOM) Cost Reduction
In-depth investigation of each supplier, stratification of parts and suppliers for differential actions, price re-negotiation strategies, contingent second sources and migration plan. Typical objective is a minimum of 5.0% BOM reduction.
